Chef Ahmir Scott is the ambitious founder behind ScHott Sauce. His journey into the world of spice began with collecting a diverse range of hot sauces from all over the country. As a culinary enthusiast, food has always been Ahmir's love language and so, of course, he was excited to return home to share his new found flavors with family and friends. Experiencing the overwhelming joy this brought him, his spirit was set ablaze as he embarked into entrepreneurship! Realizing the dedication it would take, he parted ways with corporate America as a highway designer in hopes to build a new road to success.

With a dedication to maintaining product quality, he crafts each batch of hot sauce BY HAND. Ahmir's vision is to grow ScHott Sauce into a widely recognized brand known for its bold flavors and commitment to chasing your passion.
